Chip Kenney, M.S.
Project Director and Principal Investigator

Chip Kenney is the Project Director of TACE (Technical Assistance and Continuing Education) Southeast, a project of the Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse. Prior to this, Chip was Director of the Regional Continuing Education Program (RCEP) for Community Rehabilitation Providers at Georgia State University. Previously, he was the Bureau Chief of Client Services for the Florida Division of Blind Services. He has been in the field of vocational rehabilitation for over 30 years. He has a Masters Degree in Educational Research, specializing in program evaluation as well as a Bachelors Degree and other graduate work in Organizational Psychology. He is a graduate of the National Executive Leadership Institute and has contributed to the Institute of Rehabilitation Issues. His areas of interest in the field of vocational rehabilitation include strategic planning, organizational and leadership development.

The Center on Transition to Employment invites you to an informational webinar on a multi-year, multi-site study of personal and contextual factors contributing to employment for predominantly minority youth with high incidence disabilities.
