A Follow-up Employer Survey

On-line survey and collected information from 138 HR and front-line managers about:

    • Diversity climates of their company

    • To what extent disability management is important

    • Knowledge about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

    • Knowledge about job accommodations

    • Perceptions of people with disabilities as productive workers

    • Hiring strategies to increase employment of people with disabilities

    • Efforts to hire people with disabilities.
